Office Manager
Supervise office staff and all daily operations. Ensure adequate administrative and clinical staff coverage, maintain review and adjust provider schedules, address patient complaints, monitor and submit payroll data, confirm daily deposits, conduct monthly staff meetings, attend all administrative meetings, conduct employee evaluations and assist with any administrative projects as assigned.
Previous supervisory experience

Bilingual Accounts Receivable Representative
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
The Accounts Receivable Specialist works to ensure that we are optimizing insurance and patient collections, maintaining accurate balances of patient accounts, and reducing outstanding receivables. This position is also a vital link between patients/responsible party, insurance carriers, and facilities, focusing on collection monies timely and maintaining positive customer relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact insurance companies by means of: phone, e-mail, internet, mail, fax, payer proprietary interfaces.
Research and follow up on unpaid accounts
Resolve outstanding balances, resubmitting claims and providing necessary information to support payment.
Research and appeal rejections
Identify billing errors – communicate with other necessary departments or corrections
Insurance under/over payments
Insurance verification
Process incoming correspondence (rejections)
Run aging reports/rejection reports
Updating demographic information
Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures as provided by management.
Assist in preparation an implementation of audits by insurance companies, government agencies, etc.
Answer patient and facility questions about account balance and status of payment, in a professional manner.

– Able to work on multiple projects/and prioritize to achieve projects with deadlines

Customer Service Representative (Corporate Location)
Employee is responsible for answering multiple telephone lines, scheduling appointments, routing calls appropriately, answering emails, communicating with patient’s details of appointments, confirming appointments and sending out new patient paperwork.

Check In Check Out (Summerlin Location)
The person will pleasantly greet patients
Verify and update patient information and insurance
Complete patient registration
Creating patient stickers and ensure all check in documents including clinical intakes are completed
Informing clinical staff and/or provider of delays in check in
Inform supervisor or manager daily of any OB patients that No-Show
Keep patients aware of unexpected situations that have delayed or unfortunately cancelled their scheduled appointment.
Ensure follow up appointments are appropriately schedule ( up to 12 months in the future)
Collect all necessary co-pays and deductibles
Printed prescriptions given to indentified patient, with stamped or original physician or NP signature.
Appropriately process all ordered patient referrals
All request for authorizations are forwarded to appropriate department or employee ( surgery, medications, procedures, IUD’s etc)
All collected monies are appropriately posted to correct journals and debits and credits balance by end of business day.
Ensure that all patient documents and information are secured
Maintain a clean and orderly waiting room
Ensure that all toys are cleaned with disinfectant wipes daily
